COVID-19 Update:

Orders are still being processed and shipped, though they may take a little longer than usual due to the implications of COVID-19. International delivery delays are currently between 3 - 6 weeks.

Order Processing

We are working hard to process and ship all orders as soon as they are received. Tracking numbers are confirmed as soon as orders ship. Orders “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped soon. Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing. You will receive tracking information for each part of your order.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

Change an Order

Unfortunately we are unable to change the items in an order once an order has been placed.

Please contact us ASAP, so we can attempt to cancel your order so you can place a new order with any changes you wish to make. If it has not been processed by our fulfillment center we will attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed.

Cancel an Order

Please contact us ASAP to cancel your order. If your order has not been processed by our fulfillment center we will attempt to stop the shipment.  We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed.

Card companies usually take 3 to 5 days to return the payment back into your account. However, it can take 2 or 3 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your printed credit card statement. Please check with your credit card company.

To Return a Product

Full price items (excluding the items below) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of package delivery. Sale items are not returnable.

For hygienic reasons, socks, beanies, hats, and bandanas cannot be returned.

Returned items must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, and must be returned with original tags and packaging. All Returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.

To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

To Return a Damaged or Wrong Product

If the return is due to a damaged item, or a packing error on our part, the return shipping cost will be covered by us or refunded to you. Refunded shipping costs will be for standard USPS first class (or air mail) only and will be for no more than the total shipping amount charged to the customer when the order was placed. Packages sent back using expedited shipping will not receive a full postage refund.

Exchanges

Because of our fluctuating inventory we cannot offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange we recommend returning your item for a refund and purchasing a new item to exchange it.

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Domestic U.S. Shipments

Morati World ships packages via UPS within the US. Carriers may change at any time.

Shipping costs vary and are based on weight.

International Shipments

Morati World ships international packages via Passport International Shipping. Carriers can change at any time. All international shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any of these additional fees. Please allow additional time for International orders to arrive due to customs delays. All international orders are shipped at a flat cost of $20.

Tracking Your Order


Please allow 24 - 48 hours from dispatch for you tracking number to show as accepted by the carrier. If your tracking number still does not show acceptance after this time please let us know, and we can investigate further.

If you would like more information on the progress of your order you can reach out to us or the carrier directly. For domestic U.S. tracking inquiries you can use the contact information available through the carriers tracking page. For international tracking inquiries you can use the chat function in the lower right-hand corner of your tracking page.

If when tracking your order you see it is being returned to us because it was not collected in time, or that additional duties, taxes and other customs fees were left unpaid, you will receive a refund for the items within your order once they are received back at our warehouse. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of the order being returned to us due to an error on our part.
