Since the return freight is very expensive, we do not accept any returned items. And the items will be destroyed by the carrier, so they can’t be resent free of charge. To remind rules of DHL shipping cost: 1, DHL shipping fee is charged based on Weight Break Range(1g-500g, 501g-1000g), rather than actual weight. Which means, shipping Canvas Print 10"x8" via DHL will be charged fees as 1.5kg range price.
